The obituary notice of Teresa BAFFA (Née Linsdell)

Dear Aunty T,

Today is the day we say goodbye forever in the physical sense, but never in spirit. From now on, it will be the echoes of you we hear at every family gathering. And those echoes, Aunty, will stay with us for the rest of our lives.

You gave so much love to each of us, enough to see us through whatever life brings. Although cancer took you from us far too soon, it can never take away our memories of you. It can never erase the lives you touched, or the love you gave so freely. And you were, and always will be, so deeply loved.

I’m so thankful for all the years I had you as my Aunty. I truly feel blessed. There will never be enough words to offer you the tribute you so richly deserve.
Rest in eternal paradise 💜🌈🌻🌠🌌

Auntie T - your warmth, kindness and cheeky giggle made every occasion and everytime we saw you something to treasure.

We got so much closer after Covid and you truly gave me a sense of belonging - a love and similarity that went far beyond being Prosecco pals, I felt you truly understood me and I felt so safe with you.

We are so incredibly lucky to have had you in our lives, and there will now be a hole that we can’t fill, but I know you will shine on through all of us.

Wherever a beautiful soul has been, there is a trail of beautiful memories. Teresa was such a lovely bubbly person and her spirit will live on. Much love and rest in peace. Correene xxx

Treez was such an amazing person. She was warm, loving and so very loyal to family and to her friends. She loved life, laughter, fun and friendship. She was incredibly thoughtful and generous. At work she was a great hardworking team player, and in life the most genuine of friends. She made me feel loved and special and I know that every one of the people she befriended or loved felt the same. She leaves a gaping hole where her love and kindness were.
